TM Q4 2023 – Renewing Commitment for 2024

OCTOBER

Hello!

The end of the year always feels like a whirlwind. From last minute deadlines and projects, to being short-staffed from holiday travel, it can feel like there just aren’t enough hours in the day. You’re busy! With that said, your development shouldn’t be put on the backburner. With Truvelop, you can continue to learn and grow at your own pace, even in periods of high-stress.

Truvelop Tip: Learn On-The-Go with Truvelop

Truvelop has always aimed to equip users with the tools they need to adapt, grow, and evolve in an ever-changing work landscape.  When was the last time you checked out the Knowledge Center?

In the Employee Resource Center, you can access quick-hit resources to learn and grow on the go. Each resource is meant to be consumed in just a few minutes, making it easy to level-up in the moment. Learning and development doesn’t have to be a formal, sit-down 3 hour training session – sometimes it’s a quick article, video, or conversation starter meant to prompt meaningful performance discussions with your manager.

As we approach year-end, challenge yourself to explore a new resource and see how it can impact your development today. A positive employee journey starts with YOU!

NOVEMBER

It’s hard to believe that it’s already almost the end of 2023! As we approach the end of the year, it’s time to take a moment to reflect. Reflection, when done meaningfully, is a great practice for boosting engagement and driving efficient development. Ready to get started?

Truvelop Tip: Perform with a Purpose

Everyone likes to feel seen and valued and that their work is making a difference. As you reflect on all that you have achieved in 2023, consider what you’ve learned along the way:

  • What were you most proud of from this past year? Did you overcome any major obstacles?
  • Who had the greatest positive impact on your experience?
  • What would you have done differently this past year?
  • What do you want to learn in 2024?

By identifying your learning takeaways, you can create a strategic plan for growth in the new year. Instead of just coming to work and going through the motions, commit to an actionable development plan that will help you to perform at your full potential.

DECEMBERIt’s hard to believe that it’s already almost the end of 2023! As we approach the end of the year, it’s time to take a moment to reflect. Reflection, when done meaningfully, is a great practice for boosting engagement and driving efficient development. Ready to get started?

Truvelop Tip: Reflect and Renew Commitment

Everyone likes to feel seen and valued and that their work is making a difference. As you reflect on all that you have achieved in 2023, consider what you’ve learned along the way:

  • What were you most proud of from this past year? Did you overcome any major obstacles?
  • Who had the greatest positive impact on your experience?
  • What would you have done differently this past year?
  • What do you want to learn in 2024?

Once you’ve identified your learning takeaways, it’s time to commit to your development plan. Identify what you want to learn and develop in 2024 and share that with your manager. Set a goal in a way that best suits your needs. You could set a SMART goal, an OKR, or use WOOP.

Goal-setting is a great way to outline your next steps and stay focused as you work towards your goals. Be sure to share your goals with your Manager using Spark.

From the Truvelop team, we wish you a wonderful holiday season and the best of luck heading into 2024!
