As we wrap up April and May, let’s reflect on what we’ve covered this past month. AI is taking over the workplace and can be an incredible tool to identify the best next steps. However, it can’t replace the human element of the manager-employee relationship. AI is just another tool, so it’s important that managers understand the best ways to use it to drive engagement, growth, and trust.
